Extended Payment Plans are available up to 8 weeks if needed on claims totaling $200 or more. Defaulting on payment plan arrangements without prior written communication will forfeit the 40% down payment and/or previously made payments and result in a resale of items claimed. By providing a down payment and/or the first weekly payment, you acknowledge the above policies and are officially contracted with Majestic Mahina Crystals to complete the full payment arrangement agreed upon above and indicated by the 40% down payment and/or first weekly payment.
