Refund policy

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final with the exception of Shipping Damages. If you feel that your item warrants a return for any reason, please contact  mymahina.crystals@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at mymahina.crystals@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards or sale items at anytime.

Refund If an item is accepted to be replaced or refunded due to Shipping Damages solely warranted and based on the discretionary of Majestic Mahina Crystals, an electronic gift card will be sent to the customer via customers provided email within 3-5 business days.
